We can tell you that you’re not the only one, in fact many people can relate to at least one if not all of the above.
As with any skill you can only enjoy doing it if you can do it reasonably well, and this is the same with driving. It maybe that you have driven for 20, 30 or more years but have not benefited for one reason or another, you may have only had one year twenty or thirty times over! Usually this could be that you were trained, but only enough to pass the test at that time, you may not have been familiar with why you had to do things in a certain order, and the benefits if you do. It could be that you are being too prescriptive about some situations on the road, a common one is “That was MY right of way!” You may get demoralised with other drivers and not know how to cope with them.

One thing we will never do when we assess your drive for the first time is shake our heads and ‘tut’. There is no set course for improvement as people and their circumstances are many and varied. Most people stop training as soon as they feel their confidence grow, and actually enjoy getting into the drivers seat. Theory Training:As well being able to ‘pay as you go’ we have devised a popular intensive training package that includes generous discounts if you are prepared to pay in advance. Included in the price comes 1 attempt at the Theory Test, and 1 attempt at the Practical Driving Test. On top of this we will also offer a FREE theory test CD ROM that will train and test you in the hazard perception, and multiple choice question elements of the test. In fact these CD’s contain the entire DSA question bank for the theory test! Plus we will offer a printout of the questions and answers for the ‘show and tell’ element of the practical test.

Option one 20hr Intensive.

This approach is best suited to someone who has had some experience with driving and needs to polish up on some of those weaknesses. Price £549.00 to include CD ROM, show and tell printout, theory and practical test fees.

Option Two 30hr Intensive.

This approach is for the beginner who has started and understands the principles of driving in theory but has not had the opportunity to practise these in detail. Price £749.00 to include CD ROM, show and tell printout, theory and practical test fees.

Option Three 40hr Intensive.

This approach is for the novice who will need help with everything from the beginning. This is perfectly normal, and recommended as a minimum amount for novice drivers by the people who set the test at the Driving Standards Agency. Price £949.00 to include CD ROM, show and tell printout, theory and practical test fees.

Put simply, the more you book the more you save. This is not because we wish to train you for as many hours as possible. Rather it is a fact that the better prepared you are to take your test, the higher the probability you have of passing first time. More importantly if you are well prepared for your test, then you will be well prepared to drive yourself and others around in greater safety.

We also do not suggest that the above training courses are the prescribed answer to gaining your freedom on the road. Because learning styles differ greatly from person to person, you may well find that a longer more traditional approach may be more sensible for you.
